Hicks Malonson specializes in new-home sites, homes with acreage, as well as golf communities. In fact, Hicks played professional golf from 1982 to 1997, playing the South African PGA Tour and Nike Tour (now Nationwide Tour), traveling extensively across the United States and playing three times in the BellSouth Classic. Hicks entered real estate in 1998 and since that time he has accumulated a long list of awards and achievements as well as acquiring his Associate Broker license in 2003.  Actively involved in the community, Hicks served the Rotary Club of North Cobb as President in 2005/06 and was named Rotarian of the Year for three consecutive years from 2002-2004 as well as 2006.  As a member of Due West UMC, and the Wellstar Community Hospice Board of Advisors, Hicks remains committed to the community and his clients.  He has a degree in business management from Auburn University and is keenly focused on meeting his clients’ goals.   A Marietta native, Hicks puts his superb knowledge of the Atlanta market to work for all of his clients.
